While each coaching engagement is tailored to the specific needs of the
client, the following describes the typical process for executives and leaders.
We’ll start with a complimentary assessment and subsequent agreement on
objectives, goals and measures of success. Next, we’ll administer the
The Birkman Method – a
productivity tool designed to facilitate individual growth,
corporate change and organizational effectiveness.
Over the course of the next month, we will conduct three 45-minute telephone
sessions to:
- Debrief your individual Birkman Method report
- Review potential areas for coaching by determining what and where the "gaps" are
- Clarify what you want to achieve
Ongoing Sessions: We will continue with three 45-minute phone sessions
each month for the length of our agreement. We will mutually determine whether to
extend our coaching relationship beyond the initial agreement. This can be done
on a month-by-month basis. Your agenda will drive what we will discuss and accomplish
in these sessions.
Costs: Executive/Leadership coaching is typically $900 per month, but can run
higher or lower, depending on the services and assessments required. We’ll work
with you to determine the best range of services to fit both your goals and your
budget.
A minimum commitment of four months is recommended. Occasionally, fewer than four months of coaching is needed; this
is determined on a case-by-case basis.
