Alison Zecha has spent over 15 years helping individuals and businesses
achieve organizational success and personal effectiveness. Many of her
clients were already stars in their industries or communities. With her
help, they were able to reach new levels of success and satisfaction.
Alison understands the challenges faced by businesses because she has
spent much of her career in the corporate environment. Prior to forming
her own coaching practice she held leadership positions in the human
resources and organizational development fields.
